The marketing programme is centrally funded and controlled by the i-GO team. The company had been set up exclusively to market and distribute the i-GO lens and hence is completely focused and fully committed to making the venture successful. A contact centre has been appointed to screen calls and then connect patients to their nearest geographically located practice. However, there is no financial risk to the eye care professional as costs are only incurred when a patient is prescribed with i-GO lenses.
