No, unfortunately not. Laser eye surgery permanently changes the shape of the eye by surgically removing tissue and you could have a problem with other types of contact lenses. The big advantage of overnight vision correction is that the eye is reshaped by redistributing cells. It is a temporary change which means you have to wear the lenses every night. However if you wish, or need to move to another method of vision correction as your sight changes with age you still have a full range of options.
