HOW DOES i-GO WORK?

The i-GO lens is slightly flattened at its peak and presses gently onto the eye (the cornea) thereby correcting the focusing distance to the back of the eye (the retina). The cornea is elastic so when the lens is removed in the morning the cornea retains the shape created by the lens and you can see clearly without the need for conventional contact lenses or glasses. The lenses need to be worn every night in order to retain this effect, however your accredited i-GO professional will ensure that this effect lasts all day and evening right up until you put your i-GO lenses back in and go to sleep that night. The i-GO lens is also fully optically corrected and acts like a conventional contact lens which means that you can also see whilst wearing them. i-GO contact lenses are patented and custom designed to fit precisely the contours of your eyes. They are unique to you and can only be fitted by an accredited  i-GO eye care professional.
