Eye exercises and ortho k
These days, many people are keen to look after their bodies by going to the gym and eating healthily, but what about our eyes?

Ortho k lenses can be one way of helping you get better natural vision during the day, but they could also be used in conjunction with eye exercises.

Evgania Mehler, an internationally acclaimed natural vision improvement expert, has said that for people who want to avoid the risks of laser eye surgery there are some basic things people can do.

"An eye exercise routine, awareness of how to protect the eyes at the work place and consciousness about the effects of nutrients on the eyesight are fundamental to better eyesight without glasses," she said.

One of the basic exercises is looking at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes - doing so can prevent computer eye syndrome, which sees the eye damaged by too much work at a desk in front of a screen.

Squinting is just one optical issue that can be solved by eye exercises, the NHS reports.
