A new report from Lloydspharmacy has suggested that the problem may get worse in the coming years, with up to 28 million Brits suffering by 2040 due to climate change.

For people who suffer with the condition, ortho k lenses can be a great way of managing eye-related symptoms.

As they are worn at night, orthokeratology lenses stop the possibility of pollen sticking to contacts during the day - one of the causes for such discomfort among wearers.

For those who are unfamiliar with ortho k, wearers place the specially-made contact lenses in at night and when waking, will find that their vision is restored to normal thanks to the shaping of the cornea.
