Ortho k lenses - how to know you need help with eyesight
Orthokeratology is a great alternative option for those who do not want to wear glasses or day wear lenses.

But how do people know when their vision needs to be addressed.

The director of Eyeland Vision, Dr Liaqat Khalfe, has told MyFox Houston about what to look out for.

"If someone squints to see a distance, excessive blinking, or they have their head tilted to one side, they have headaches, or are losing their place while reading, they could have vision problems," he said.

She also suggested that for children, a drop in grades could be something to watch out for.

Ortho k lenses, which are worn overnight, help to eliminate the wearing of any visionary paraphernalia, such as contact lenses or glasses during the day.

They can be particularly useful for people who find that they cannot get on with glasses, or who want to not worry about wearing any visual aids in the day.
